Just a thought

Who does Joe Duffy (our national radio agony uncle) call when he wants to complain about the state of the hospitals, or the fact that he got knocked down?

Tis like the question asked of Superman - "you got me, but who's got you?"

Poor Joe - not man but Giant, not human but Dancer... it's hard being the one people go to in times of need (I'd imagine)

Joe Duffy was the mc-award giver chappie at two things where I was getting stuff. For that I am grateful but for what he whispered about my hair during a photoshoot I can never forgive.

It is hard holding a position of responsibility Niamh - unbelieveably hard, the tough decisions in times of crisis, the power, the panic, the vomit, the yuppies networking...

I'd be with BC on that one. But blogs like yours help us through, like I said before, it got me elected anyway, so for that thanks. Get well soon Joe,

Uisce - you should never have worn your hair like that, what was he supposed to say?
And please pick nicer names for your posts - it's brought down the whole tone of my sidebar!

BC - that sounds like a song.

BO - happy to be of inspiration to world leaders as always.

I know what you mean about Joe - I find that myself, there is nobody to advise the oracle!
What I really want to know is how did they spot him getting his Library books out of the car, and I have to admire the precision of the strike!
