- though the above video was made some time in the year that I was born, he's still sounding as fresh today, and as relevant - and clever, he just has a great range of light and shade, with some really honest lyrics, in a repertoire that's well worth checking out....

I saw him about 20 years ago with the EMDAMOTLA (Ex Mrs. Dead Acorn, Mother Of The Live Acorn) back when she was the GOTDA (Girlyfriend Of The Dead Acorn). Truly a wonderful evening ... except for the person behind us laughing uproariously at "Rednecks."
He was great, thanks Rachel and DA he was brilliant, we luckily had no redneck laugher, he's a great master of light and shade though, humour and seriousness isn't he? As he said himself - he's like Schubert only s*&ttier.
