I like your tribute to your friend,Love the lines ' magnets and magic and wires and string' which really is a beautiful description of the essence of friendship.

I really like that "edge of my world" opening, Niamh and the memory-trip we go on with you is sweet. "Chew a mound of limes and amew-sing" definitely piques my curiosity (being a cat person, for one thing).
