Domestic Oubliette on the radio
Feeling like a lonely outsider?
Tomorrow it is Domestic Oubliette's turn to take to the airwaves. She's a great poet, as you'll know from her blog, and also a really accomplished short story writer. She is going to treat us to a couple of her Award winning short stories and a very nice, eclectic and quite sad selection of music from a compilation of her own making called "Now that's what I call Lonely Outsiderness 22 and a half"
Oub has a gorgeous reading voice, and is a great conversationalist.
Well worth a listen I'd have to say. It's on at 11 am Irish time on the Liffey Sound website. Enjoy!
Here is the podcast - mournful music, and brilliant stories...

Okay, I am going to attempt to listen. I'm excited to put voices to bloggers. Should I just Google Liffey Sound?
I would like to request a TV show as well in the coming weeks, so that I can add faces as well.
Dang! Did not mean to say 'as well' so many times. My apologies.
Cool, the link is on my blog roll. Hope you enjoy!
And the TV show is sure to follow very soon

Hiya,
I heard it faded out alright, my mammy was on to them to fix it within seconds. Sorry if that was annoying, and thanks for persisting. I'll try and get shows uploaded as podcasts in future, twill be a bit better.
And thanks for the kind comments, Oub is really a very talented writer, she read very well and I loved her musical selection as well.

Swiss - for shame!! You'll just have to give up that job, that's the only way forward.
I'm blushing!
I'd be nothing without the best radio host in Ireland!
