*shudders as you just reminded me I'm due another filling.... why does anyone become a dentist? (except for the financial gain).. maybe just answered my own question... nicely written poemtude :-)

oh dear me; you need a new dentist. All the ones I've had here in France have lots of fancy new trauma-reducing equipment and no hesitation in giving their patients the calmants they need!

Superb. I should add, though, that I like my dentist and sometimes almost fall asleep while reclining in the chair.
