I'm not entirely fluent in Irish-Infant, but it sounded something like "Why are draconian austerity measures being applied to the populace in general while the people and other entities that caused our current economic crisis allowed to escape punishment, and in some cases, are even rewarded? Why, mommy?"

I think he's saying, 'My future! Oh my future!' That's what I am teaching my kids to say when those feckers are mentioned on the news...
